The short version
BitePoint has no accounts, no cloud, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything you create stays on your phone. We couldn't read your data if we wanted to — it never reaches us.
What the app stores
Pupil names, notes, progress records, lesson summaries, mock test records, and any scenes you edit are all kept in the app's local storage on your device, and nowhere else. There is no account to sign into and no server copy. If you delete the app, all of that data is deleted with it.
If you choose to import a photo as a scene background, that photo is copied into the app's local storage on your device. The app requests photo library access only for that purpose, and only when you use the feature.
What leaves your device
Only what you explicitly choose to share. When you send a summary card or a diagram to a pupil, it goes through your phone's system share sheet directly to the app you pick — WhatsApp, Messages, email, or anything else. It travels through those apps, not through any BitePoint server, because there are no BitePoint servers.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or receive your card details. Your purchase state is verified through the store, which is also how Restore Purchases works on a new device.
